For Integrator Partners that allow individual users to have their own account, the PackageHub Partner Portal is accessible through the following links:
Once you are logged into the PackageHub Partner Portal, click on the Customers Page. Expand the Add Customer accordion to view the Customer SignUp URL and Customer Email Fields.
The Customer SignUp URL is a link that partners can share with a customer that wants to create a PackageHub account.
The second method to sign up via Customer Email allows the system to email a single or multiple recipients an email invite that includes a link to the Landing Page. Multiple emails can be added by entering the email, and pressing the space bar to confirm adding the email.
The link and email invite direct the customer to a landing page. This process automatically associates the user with the Partner and its default rate sets.
