After closing your PackageHub account, the funds may be credited back to your payment method on file within 4 weeks. PackageHub monitors shipments to determine whether there are any outstanding transactions or refunds on the account. Once all refunds are settled, the outstanding balance may be credited.
Currently, the process requires you to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to trigger the credit to your payment method on file. The support team will confirm the refund information and your PackageHub balance will be adjusted.
After refund credit initiation, funds will take 3 to 5 days to be reflected on your credit card or bank balance.
