Objectives - PackageHub v3
Add a Payment Method, Update Auto Renew Settings and Update a Payment Method via the PackageHub Shipper Portal.

Log Into the PackageHub Shipper Portal
Go the PackageHub Shipper Portal
If you are testing and using the Sandbox environment, the Sandbox PackageHub Shipper Portal is located here.
Add a Payment Method
In the Shipper Portal, you will see three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
Click on it and a Dropdown. Billing and Account will appear. First-time users without a Balance should click on Billing.
You will land on the Billing Page.
Click on Payment Method. The Payment Method section will expand.
Click on Configure. You will see a method to add Credit Card or ACH.
Click on Credit Card
The Payment and Billing Information sections will expand. Fill out all the required fields and click on Save.
Upon submission, you will see your Payment Method updates.
Update Auto Renew Settings
Click on the Auto Buy section
The Auto Buy section will expand.
Enable Auto Buy by toggling the Auto Buy switch to On. Auto Buy can be turned off by toggling the switch to the left
A modal to confirm turning on Auto Buy will appear. Click on Confirm.
Enter an Auto Buy Amount and Set When balance reaches
A modal to confirm updating Auto Buy will appear. Click on Confirm.
Click on Update

Add a Payment Method (v2), Update Auto Renew Settings (v2) and Update a Payment Method (v2) via the PackageHub Shipper Portal.
Log Into the PackageHub Shipper Portal
Go the PackageHub Shipper Portal
If you are testing and using the Sandbox environment, the Sandbox PackageHub Shipper Portal is located here.
Enter your Username and Password.
You will land on the Dashboard page of the Shipper Portal.
Add a Payment Method (v2)
In the Shipper Portal, you will see a Dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.
Click on the Dropdown with your Company Name and Balance. First-time users without a Balance should click on Setup.
You will land on the Setup Page.
Click on Update CreditCard. You will land on the Credit Card form.
Fill out all the required fields and click on Submit. Upon submission, you will land on the Auto Renew Settings page
Update Auto Renew Settings (v2)
We highly suggest you do the following:
- Enable Auto Renew by toggling the switch to Is Auto Renew
- Enter an Auto Renew Amount
- Set Min Credit Card Amount
Auto Renew can be turned off by toggling the Is Auto Renew switch to the left
Click on Save.
Update a Payment Method (v2)
To update Payment Methods, click on the Dropdown with your Company Name and Balance. Select either Setup or Auto Renew Settings.
