To close out your PackageHub account, there are two methods available
- PackageHub Shipper Portal
- API
Closing out an account via the PackageHub Shipper Portal (v3)

Log into the PackageHub Shipper Portal
In the Shipper Portal, you will see 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner. Click on the 3 dots to display the dropdown menu.
Click on Account to display your Profile
Click on Close Account
A modal will pop up prompting you to enter a Reason for closing the account. Click on Confirm to close the account or Cancel to keep the account open.
Closing out an account via the PackageHub Shipper Portal (v2)
Log into the PackageHub Shipper Portal
In the Shipper Portal, you will see a Dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.
Click on the Dropdown with your Company Name and Balance. First-time users without a Balance should click on Setup.
Click on Close Account
A modal will pop up prompting you to Accept closing the account. Click on Accept to close the account or Disagree to keep the account open.
